Weekend vacay to St. Geezy

Picture explanations in order:
1. Woke up to blue blue skies

2. Found this little toad in the living room, we named him Ferdinand and then let him go into the garden

Next three: hiked Dixie rock in 40 degree, very very windy weather

Day 2.

Having a hard time with this color, I couldn't get it to be soft but vibrant at the same time. Overall I think this style comes down to your brand and color of lipstick. It has to be long lasting and smudge resistant.

Day 1

Wore red lips today to brighten up the weather! Happy Monday!

....so end of the day I'm coming back to add this. I'm really liking this look so far, its very bold, but --be warned-- very high maintenance. Keeping your lips bright and smudge free is a pain. As a side note make sure your eyebrows are properly defined or everything will be lost on your face! Tomorrow I'm going to be trying a more toned down look with a baby pink for those that don't want to mess with such an unforgiving color. Happy trendsetting!!

Remix. Beauty blog.

For those of you that read my blog you know that I have well, nothing to talk about. Ever. I prefer to keep my personal drama off the screens of your smart phones.
You also might know, or might have been one of the people that have requested that I shake things up a bit.
So now by request my blog is being turned into all things beauty. I'm willing to experiment trends, give tips, take questions, opinions... I'm open to anything.
This week I've had a request to try out the new spring trend of a natural eye with a bold lip. I'll be posting pictures each day for those of you who would like to follow up.
If you have a suggestion or something you want to try out, leave a comment below or feel free to send me an email at katielady402@gmail.com
